Reinhard Gaida is the founder and senior partner of Schwelle Vienna,
Austrias first sex-positive space which he established in 2012.
Reinhard is a certified coach, counselor and trainer and is responsible for taking all necessary measures and precautions for maintaining a mindful and nurturing environment for all Schwelle Vienna events.
“My goal is to create safe places and discourses for a strong open-minded community. I emphasize on providing support to everyone who wants to live ethical non-monogamous relationships with or without a sex-positive lifestyle. Moreover with our events we strongly continue the public discourse on polyamory and sex positivism”.
The Schwelle Conference and Schwelle Festival promote and enforce the concept of mutual acceptance and respectful interaction. All participants are given the opportunity to develop in a safe and inclusive space and to encounter consensual new experiences in all kinds of directions.

PRACTICING TRUST
“Trust means you’re ready to risk what you currently have.” – Rumi
The last two years have been difficult for most of us. Even though we were hurt in the past we need to trust others. Yes, we could get hurt again or we might even lose “something or someone” by apparently trusting the wrong person. On the other side we always win life experience, reach deeper levels of understanding and achieve great personality development through our traumas. We therefore need to focus on our well-being and recovery and keep going! We can do it!
Trust is the core of our advancement. It is our essential basis enabling us to grow, to open emotionally and to ultimately overcome our fears & boundaries. We learn about truthful communication and expressing our real needs and desires. By this we will inevitably unfold our sexuality in a breeze and truly enjoy our lives by inviting warmth, closeness, and trust into our everyday life.
