SLOW THREESOME

“What might failure look like? Where might this generative incapacitation lead us? Who are we and who is here with us?” – Bayo Akomolafe

In this container we will share questions like… How do we start from? Where do we start from? Is there only one way? Through an invitation to conscious breathing and the honoring of the invisible we will get lost together… and find our scream through the cracks!

We will start with a self investigation of our own bodies through somatic practices and breathing techniques; then we will explore the fluidity of the boundaries in groups to end up with a space to experiment.

Please bring a big towel or sarong and all your questions with you!
